Kruger House: The Annex
The annex to our Hotel is the Kruger House because both buildings are owned by the Krugers. Many years ago the main floor of this building was a retail store with living quarters above. This has been converted into five delightful and relaxing rooms for your comfort. All rooms have two beds and our larger rooms will accommodate up six guests; great for a family vacation or an extended stay.
Several rooms have their own theme; we have a ‘Sunshine Room’, a ‘Sturgis Room’, and the ‘Victorian’. All of our rooms feature the use of our covered back deck where smoking is allowed. You will also enjoy our delicious complimentary Continental Breakfast served in our Guest Lounging Area. This area also features a large screen TV, free pool table, and free Foosball table. And, of course, we feature WiFi throughout the entire hotel complex.
See each room section to more fully understand how enjoyable a stay at The Dakota Spur Hotel will be.

Room 11 is our Sturgis Room. Decorated in a motorcycle motif, the room features two super comfortable Queen Beds, flat screen television, refrigerator, a microwave and a small breakfast bar. The large bath has a comfortable full sized bathtub with shower and plenty of steamy hot water to help you relax.
The Sturgis Room pays homage to our August Bike Week. You don’t have to ride a bike to appreciate this sleeping area for four. It features a large bathroom with tub and a counter where you can munch on lunch.

Room 12 is the Gold Spur and it features two sleeping areas with Queen Beds, separated by a full bath with tub and shower. The layout allows two couples to each enjoy their privacy while still being able to communicate about the entertaining things they will do tomorrow. The room features two flat screens television (one in each sleeping area), refrigerator and a microwave oven.
Nearly identical in size to the Sturgis Room, Gold Spur offers a little more separation between the sleeping areas. The Queen Beds offer lots of comfort after a day of visiting the Black Hills sights.

Room 13 is our Victorian Room. The suite features two separate sleeping rooms separated by a bathroom. One room features a Queen Bed and a Full Bed while the other room has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. Each sleeping room features a flat-screen television and the two rooms share a refrigerator and a microwave oven.
Two sleeping areas, each with two beds, are separated by a large bathroom with shower. The Victorian furniture gives this Suite its name.
